2. Use a small cutting machine to cut the required small parts of the tombstone according to the specific size of the tombstone’s drawings. In this way, the stone materials that are generally required for each part of a tombstone as a whole have been cut.After processing and cutting the stone, the stone is generally block-shaped and strip-shaped. It is necessary to use other equipment such as drilling machinery to process arcs with different curvature radii, grooves on the surface of the tombstone, and various shapes of the end face of the tombstone, so that the outline can be basically formed.
3. Grind the basic outline of the stone with a hand grinder, and then use a small manual machine to grind other small end faces and curved surfaces. The basic shape of a tombstone is basically fixed.
4. Polish a large plane with a hand-held water mill. For example, the main monument and cover of a tombstone need to be polished.
5. Generally, tombstones will be engraved with some patterns for the luxurious appearance of the tombstone, and will also be engraved with relief, sinking and so on. For example: dragon pillars, stone lions, elephants, and so on.
6. complete the installation and acceptance of the product:
Since the tombstones are processed by parts, after all the parts are processed, all the processed parts should be counted, and they should be installed and accepted in a complete set. If there is a problem there and need to be modified, it must be corrected immediately, so as to avoid problems when the goods arrive at the customer’s side.
