How To Control Quality

 

Eastwood Black Granite has a QC team with more than 20 rich experienced people. For each order we have received, an experienced and professional QC will be sent to follow the whole production, and do strict inspection.

For Black Diamond Granite Countertops, our QC member will carefully check one by one to ensure correct specification and right edge profile with no scratches, no stain, no broken edges on each piece of black granite top.

For Black Diamond Tile and Granite Slabs, our QC will carefully inspect piece by piece to make sure of correct thickness, measure, flatness and goniometry.

We also will send processing photo and inspect finished production photos for our customer approval before packing. Besides, we will have each piece well packed for safe and long transportation to our customers, in order to have all products reach our customers safe and sound in satisfied quality.

How To Pack

● For each order we have received, we will well design the package to protect the cargoes inside, reinforce the package for long transportation, and properly load the packages.

● For standard sizes, they will be packed in cartons and then in fumigated wooden crates (with/without bundles).

● For customized sizes, they will be packed by well designed crates with strong wooden bundles to secure safe delivery.

● And for Black Diamond Granite Polished and honed tiles, they will be packed with foamed plastic between each piece to avoid scratching during delivery.
