China Black Granite is the most famous also the most productive granite of Hebei Stone. It started mining in 1990 and started exporting. At that time, it was named China Black. Later, with the mining and export of other black stone in China, especially in the black stone ore belt of China, these similar types of black stone were mined in Hefeng Town and Shanxi.
In order to distinguish different places of black granite, China Black Granite is named Hebei Black Granite and Fuping Black Granite. Shanxi mine is named Shanxi Black and Fengzhen mine is named Fengzhen Black.
