Inspection way for black granite flooring in house
1) Thickness limit tolerance measurement method
Use a vernier caliper with a reading of 0.1MM to measure the midpoint of the 4 sides. The difference between the maximum thickness value and the minimum thickness value on the same board is used to indicate the extreme difference in thickness. The contract stipulates that the thickness of the sheet is 20MM, and the allowable range is plus or minus 1MM.
2) Measurement method of limit tolerance of flatness plate
Measure with a steel flat ruler with a reading of 0.1MM and a length of 1000MM. Place the steel ruler on the two diagonal corners of the plate, and use a feeler gauge to measure the gap between the ruler surface and the board surface. The contract stipulates that the limit tolerance of the plate plane is 0.80MM.
3) Length and width measurement method
Measure with a steel ruler with a reading of 1MM. Measure the length and width of 3 straight lines, and use the average value as the standard. Record the length and width of the board in order to calculate the final quantity.
Packing way about black granite for flooring
Wooden box design: inner length within 105cm, outer box within 115cm.
There are no strict requirements for inner width and height (1000-1500KGS by weight, unless the customer has special instructions, if the package is very small, the packaging cost will increase, and the factory will generally require a subsidy for the packaging cost.), but generally the outer box should not be wider than or Higher than 100. Too high is easy to fall, too wide forklift is not easy to operate.
