Quality Inspection?
1. The quality of Black Galaxy Granite depends on the size, quantity and distribution of the gold-silver fleck on the surface. Our professional purchaser will choose the finest blocks to produce before production, to make sure color consistence and high quality of tiles.
2. Our QC team will monitor the whole processing in the factory to make sure accurate calibrated cutting and smooth processing.
3. After the production, our experienced QC team will check the quality piece by piece. They will use the technical calipers to check the thickness. They will check all the details such as clean and flat surface, dimension tolerance, edge processing ,etc. Only qualified tiles will be packed and shipped out.
4. Only strong packing materials will be sued to pack our tiles for safety of long delivery.
5. We will have professional persons to inspect the container loading. With many years experience, they will check how the crates will be fitted into the container and whether they will be strengthened with strips or not.
