Inspection way for black jet granite tiles
1) Thickness limit tolerance
Use a vernier caliper with a reading of 0.1MM to measure the midpoint of the 4 sides. The difference between the maximum thickness value and the minimum thickness value on the same board is used to indicate the extreme difference in thickness. The contract stipulates that the thickness of the sheet is 20MM, and the allowable range is plus or minus 1MM.
2) tolerance of flatness plate
Measure with a steel flat ruler with a reading of 0.1MM and a length of 1000MM. Place the steel ruler on the two diagonal corners of the plate, and use a feeler gauge to measure the gap between the ruler surface and the board surface. The contract stipulates that the limit tolerance of the plate plane is 0.80MM.
