Manufacture Procedure and Packing
Black Granite Countertops, from raw materials to finished products, 8 to 9 processes are required in production, below we would like to show the rough drawing.
Inside Crates Packing: all stone tiles and granite countertops would be packed with ply-foam between each piece to avoid edges breakage on the ocean transport.
Outside Crates Packing: Firstly of all, our factory will take special wood plank to ensure strong crates, this is the base for good packing.
Outside Package: The factory always take PVC plastics film to bundle the top and 4 sides of wooden crates, this crates not only can be waterproof, but also it could be keep out of the dust and leaves.
