Production Details
Due to very expensive cost of Chinese black granite, many foreign customers turn to African Black Granite, which is much cheaper with good quality, cheapest labor resource and quite stable mine supply.
The most common thickness for African Granite Slabs are 4/5 inch, 1 1/4 inch, and 2 inch, no doubt, Polished and Thermal are two main treatment. The slab could be ship out directly from African ports based on the full shipment.
At present, our company had established the manufacture factory in the Africa, can produce any Africa Black Granite Tile dimension according to order requirement. The local workers have become very experienced and after receiving our strict and systematic training.

Packing And Slab loading
Tile Package: all tiles often are packed with plastic foam between each tile to avoid scratches, once the crates are full, our workers will be taking PET strips to fix all the tiles.
Slab Package: the slab would be packed into strong wooden pallets, which already fumigated well, thus the container could be loaded on board after slab loaded into it.
Slab loading: The granite slab would be preferable to be load into container at the factory, the goods are more safety and reinforcement are very professional.
