How do we guarantee the quality?
1. Before production, we will confirm the material, drawings for accurate cutting, and all the details. Color consistence is very important for a kitchen, especially for kitchen seams.
2. During the production, our QC team will supervise from block cutting to processing.
3. After the production, our QC will check the finished products piece by piece. We will use the technical calipers to check the thickness within the tolerance. We will check all the detail such as the dimension of countertop, sink location, sink cut-out, faucet etc according to the confirmed drawings. We will checked the polished degree and make sure the surface clean and flat, the edge cutting properly and polishing smoothly.
4. Each kitchen and bathroom set will have a label to help to find one unit pieces easily. This is very important for cut to size projects.
5. We will always use strong fumigated wood crates that are suitable for long sea delivery. Only the qualified products will be packed.
6. We will have professional persons to check the container loading. They will check how the crates will be put into the container and whether they will be strengthened with strips or not.
