ā„ Does your sink include a Sink hole and faucet hole?
A: Normally there will be a sink hole drilled in a standard size of dia 3.5cm. No Faucet hole is drilled unless there is one in the design. Both sink hole and faucet hole can be customized to match the drainage in your country.
ā„Ā Do you also supply drainage?
A: No, there is no drainage included. If you need, we can also recommend and provide some types for your options.
ā„Ā What is your MOQ?
A: One piece of Black Bathroom Sink is ok. However, it can but be delivered by air. The delivery cost may be several times as much as the basin value itself.
ā„Ā How to maintain?
A: Black granite is a very durable and elastic stone. When cleaning our Black Granite Bathroom Sinks regularly, you can use the nylon brush with soap to wash by the circumference track, then rinse thoroughly. Regular cleaning will help prevent water stains from hardening.
If you want to remove stubborn stains, you can try non grinding cleansing such as dish soap, bleach and so on. We must avoid using strong alkali, such as ammonia, to drain water side by side to avoid chemicals entering the Black Granite Bar Sinks.
If there is a rust problem caused by iron ions in water, cooking utensils, etc., you can use a cleaner containing oxalic acid to clean it up. However, do not use bleach directly on Black Quartz Composite sinks.
PACKING
Most of our sinks are packed in shaped foam, and then into carbon boxes, and last onto a crate or pallet. By this packing, each basin can be well protected and safely for long transportation. Special packing like one basin per plywood box is also acceptable with extra packing cost.
SHIPPING
It will all depend on the quantity.
ā¢ Way 1: for one or a few sinks, they will be delivered by DHL, FEDEX, TNT, UPS,EMS, OCS, etc.
ā¢ Way 2: for one pallet or a few pallets, they will be delivered by LCL (less than container loading) shipment.
ā¢ Way 3: for several hundred sinks, they will be delivered by FCL (full container loading) shipment.
