We pack and ship versailles pattern pavers or tiles in “bundles” of 8 square feet, two bundles are a referred to as a “set” and will cover 16 square feet of area. Each bundle includes: (two) 8-inch by 8-inch, (one) 8-inch by 16-inch, (two ) 16-inch by 16-inch and (one) 16-inch by 24-inch tiles.

1. How to Pack and Ship?
Packing on regular tiles: All our Honed Black Limestone Flooring Tiles are packed with foamed plastic between each piece to avoid scratching during delivery.
Packing on French pattern tiles: For French Patterns, we have two ways for packing. One is to pack the same size in the same crate, the other is to pack per set. The packing for way 1 is safer, however the packing for way 2 is easier for installation. Normally we will get them packed in way 2 unless your cargoes will be shipped by LCL shipment, then we can only get them packed in way 1 to better protect them from long transportation.
Shipping: By sea for full container or more quantity. By air for small quantity or top urgent order per our clients’ request.
FAQ
1) I have an exterior project and will be applying faux stone to cement board.
Do I need to do anything to prepare the surface before I begin?
First, make sure your backer board is rated for exterior use. But even so, keep in mind that any cement board will absorb moisture. If the material behind the backer has to stay dry, you can apply a waterproofing veneer such as MAPEI Aqua Defense Waterproofing and Crack Isolation Membrane. Apply with a roller and when dried, you can begin your faux stone installation.
2) I would like to apply Wall Panel stone to the outside of my home over the existing brick veneer. What do I need to know?
As long as you are working with an existing outdoor structure (assuming it has been designed to meet applicable building codes), ledge wall panel stone can be applied directly onto weatherproof substrates, such as brick, ceramic tile,, stucco or concrete block.
